I had a self defence lesson with Tiger Studios and it was both helpful and fun. I learned so many different moves and skills! These were moves that can be used in my own life if needed. Along with learning new skills they also made it a lot of fun for us, showing us that self defence is not only helpful but fun to learn. The instructors were all very nice and helpful and I would love to go back!
