Hookers Towing & Transport

I could not get my car started. AMA dispatched Hookers Towing. Within the hour Kyle from Hookers Towing arrived and I was on the road in no time. Kyle was extremely knowledgeable about my hybrid car and I appreciated that. He was friendly, respectful, courteous and very helpful. So grateful. Thank you.

These guys are absolutely painful I called 24 hours in advance for a truck not only did they forget to send it but they lied and said it was being sent out and an hour and a half to drive 15 km they never showed up

We have friends that their car broke down at A &W IN Innisfail and were told they would be there right away. They waited 2 days now without even a call back. I would not recomend this company. Call Red Deer for faster service.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. To date, this is the absolute worst encounter I have EVER had with a company. I can only speak for the man and woman that operate around Sylvan Lake..I hope the owner sees this and puts a stop to the antics of these 2..I had to make 4 trips from yyc to Sylvan because I wouldn't pay them a fee for meeting me "after hours" when on their website it says they are open 24hrs. They verbally insulted me, while trying to take advantage of som1 in a vulnerable time

Never recommend! ...

Never recommend! Was stranded far away from home and called Caa needing help as the car would not boost. They came out to boost as I said wouldn't work then said they had no time to help tow because they were busy!! What!! We waited 90 mins+ I had to call and wait over 2 hours for them to come back to tow us and they complained they wanted to go home to bed! Also complained that I couldn't use my caa because I wasn't in the vehicle, when I was 5 hours away, they let me use caa but very very mad working. I'm sure they got their money and ran tho!

Had my summer vehicle transported 500 kms in winter driving conditions. Excellent service, vehicle arrived ahead of schedule, and in the same great condition as when it left. Highly recommended to everyone.
