Shoppers Drug Mart Lower Mount Royal

Im through with this shoppers..very rude checkout staff who have a bad attitude towards price changes. Im told Im the one thats wrong when i point out the price rung up is more than on the shelf.. This happens often and Im not treated very well when I know about Alberra consumers rights ...Im made to feel Im out to gouge them!! They have a bloody cheek talking down to me when they cant look after their prices and take it out the customer ....

Free underground parking, though it's a bit of a hassle. Cashiers during the day are not the fastest, though evenings/weekends they are pretty good. The beauty boutique staff are amazing, helpful and help with checkout when lines get long. The pharmacy is too busy it seems. I've gone here for 5 years for countless prescriptions - they have not yet learned my name, don't ensure my plans are billed properly, and sometimes bill things incorrectly. They do help with getting refill scripts though.

I have always been able to find what I need and staff very helpful.

Not alot of sale items

Shopper's Drug Mart on 17th is a bit of a hassle to get to because there is only street parking. There are usually a few sale items but nothing compared to the other Shopper's. It is a great place though to pick up last min. items for a party. Friendly staff.
