Not only do they lose blood samples, but they do not respond to requests such as results or financial statements. This organization needs new qualified in charge of service. I have suggested 6 months ago that they have a customer service department with qualified management and training.

Professional and Caring

As I've aged (49 and holding) I've come to recognize I have some control over my health - I have the ability to choose where I receive medical advice and support. I'm glad I decided to seek out alternative healthcare options. The difference between the Copeman Health Clinic and a typical non-private medical clinic is considerable; I noticed it from the moment I arrived for my fist appointment. *And they respect that my time is valuable as well.
