    15 minute hold just to talk to my branch. Useless waste of time. I walked in quicker aND IT IS ACROSS TOWN. ABSOLUTLY PITIFUL HOW THEY STEAL OUR MONEY BUT PROVIDE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
